Join the Skyway Chapter to kick start our membership drive, network and pamper yourself with a massage or a manicure, plus a martini to boot. Light appetizers will also be provided. All of this for only $30 and it's just in time for Valentine's Day!

Everyone attending will receive a ticket. Members will also receive a ticket for each guest they bring.

Public Speaking Fundamentals

Keith Hardy is an accomplished Toastmaster and works to empower others through Toastmasters International where he has served as the Minnesota-Northwestern Ontario District Governor and facilitated more than 20 Youth Leadership programs. Currently serving as President of the Ramsay County League of Local Governments, Keith was recently re-elected for another 4-year term on the St. Paul Board of Education. He holds a BA in journalism from the University of Texas-Arlington and an MS in technical communication from the University of Minnesota. He has 20+ years experience in information technology as a technical writer and editor, trainer, and project analyst and currently works for U.S. Bank.
